25 Random Things About Me!

1. I still haven't found my ideal place to live. I know what it looks like, just don't know where it is yet!

2. I want to live my life over again and make the same mistakes but earlier in my life, so get to where I am a few years younger.

3. My favorite age was my 25th. Might be just that period of my life that was so good, but happened to be when I was 25.

4. I could be a far better person if I had listened to everything my mom ever told me.

5. I want to have enough money to never think twice when I wan to spend on anything. No matter what!

6. I don't enjoy eating nor sleeping. I just do them cause I have to. But whatever is routine and you HAVE TO do to survive, to me is boring. I'd rather I could get just recharged like a mobile phone every three days or so!

7. I like to do things that I know are right, if I'm pushed so hard to do something, most likely I never do it.

8. I don’t understand why we judge others by our eyes or even much worse by our ears! Let what you see or hear goes into your brain and gets processed, then wait to see what comes out of it. You might surprise yourself by the result. That's what the brain is for.

9. I don't believe in marriage and I don't like kids!

10. I miss my dad and I wish I had him around.

11. Being tall or pretty is not an accomplishment. Who you make out of yourself, is.

12. I used to suck at making good friends but now I'm quite proud of myself for all the friends I have. All 4 of them!

13. Life taught me that people coming from the same country or same ethnicity are not having the same personality, might be similar though, but still not the same. That’s why "where are you from?" is no longer the first question I ask when I meet someone new.

14. I am a cocky sarcastic prick most of the time, but I never make fun of the things that people have no control over or I think it might be their weakness. Or at least I try not to.

15. What I don’t understand about Czech community is how one can actually get into it! :D

16. For the past few years of my life, I keep having this feeling that I'm running out of time for the rest of my life! Why the fuck do I do that?!?!?! No, I mean, honestly?!?!!??!

17. I like to break rules. Not to violate them, just slightly enough to stand out among the fools who blindly follow them.

18. One of my biggest regrets in the life is that I lived in North Cyprus for about four years and I never bothered to learn their language properly.

19. Religion, politics and media are all means of power to keep stupid people busy with whatever the ones in charge want them to, so they could use and abuse them fools in every possible way without them even realizing what had happened to them.

20. Hala Barbar might not mean anything to you, but she is one of the most caring friends I have ever had.

21. Sometimes I feel like I have way too many dreams in life to come true that when I start thinking about them, suddenly I go like: "Fuck it, why bother?!"

22. My biggest ponder: "Why does every tiny group of people try to make their own language and even if they can't, they try to make is as different as possible from the group next to them, and then they force themselves to learn the other's?!?!?!?! Why don't they all just speak the same language in the first place and then try to learn more important things from each other since it is easier to communicate?!!!!"

23. We all lie. Some do more, some do less. But we all do lie! We even lie to ourselves and funnily enough we convince ourselves too!!! I try to keep it to minimum, but anyone who says s/he NEVER lies, that's a big-fat-frigging lie itself.

24. My favorite animal on the sky is Eagle, on the ground is dog and in the water is shark. There are alternatives too if these ever go extinct. ;o)

25. I only had one car in my whole life and I loved it. I wish I could keep it for the rest of my life and make it as I want it to look like.

26. Who said it MUST be only 25 things about me? Here is the last but not the least one: The only serious, long-term ex-girlfriend I'd like to have back is Sadaf, cause I feel I still owe her and would like to make up to her. I somehow feel I need to earn her forgiveness and love back.

PS: I learned most my English from dICkY, blame him if this doesn't make sense to you or you can't read it! ;-)

Life is like a backgammon game

Play it right, win the game!

I don't know! You might have never played it, you might have never even heard of it, or you may simply be an expert professional in it.

It's not a hard game to play though, only a few rules, a couple of dice, and a bunch of checkers with which you make your moves. Although, luck plays an important role, there is a large scope for strategy.

With each roll of the dice a player must choose from numerous options for moving his checkers and anticipate possible counter-moves by the opponent. If you make the right movements and choose the correct strategies, you'll end up having all your checkers in your home board perfectly aligned and eventually you are most likely to win the game. But if you make a wrong movement and just randomly play without anticipating a few further moves, you are going to have a hard time to catch-up for a single mistake you made or if you are silly enough not to realize your wrong move, you will be soon swamped all the way down and will have a big mess of checkers in your home board without any way to get out of this mess you made, and guess what? You so loose the game before you even know what happened! Most people are stupid enough to blame it on bad luck at this stage because if you don't play it right, no matter what you roll, you can't fit it in!

Now that you have the idea of how this game is played, doesn't it sound familiar to you? Does it not remind you of something that you deal with every single day? Isn't it just like the life you are living? So, why don't we stop blaming everything on fate or bad luck and start looking further and anticipating the counter-moves that this champion opponent of ours, called the world, is going to make. Why don't we try to change our strategy and use a different approach to the game we are laying if the current one doesn't seem to make us a winner?
